  Nathan Hall

  President & CEO

  Over the past 17 years, Mr. Hall worked throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Central/South America with high profile clients. Mr. Hall has an extensive background in International Business, Strategic Partnering, Venture Capital, Business Brokering, Real Estate Acquisitions/Mortgage Banking, Construction, Oil/Gas/Enhanced Oil Recovery, Commodities, and Security. He is also a former Defense Article(s) broker licensed with the U.S. State Department/Bureau of Political Military Affairs. Mr. Hall has participated on numerous international think tanks concerning international business, security, and training. He consulted on the International Delegation to Central Africa Republic to President Angel Patase (Humanitarian & Rebuilding Mission) (1995-1996). Strategically aligned Denwa Communications to Eq Technologies for call termination projects in Lagos & Abuja, Nigeria (2000-2001) and formed the team to bail out Tower Airlines (2001) with Merrill Lynch, Global Health Ventures & Dominion Equity Holdings. In January 2012, Nathan Hall led the first private sector to private sector business development fact finding trip into Tripoli and Benghazi, Libya - post revolution freeing the people of Muammar Gaddafi’s 42 years of dictatorship. In May 2012 Nathan Hall led a second successful month long business development trip into Benghazi, Libya. February 2015, Nathan Hall lead a 2 week business development tour in Cairo, Egypt and Tunis, Tunisia that ended up in opening an office in Nasser City, Egypt and ongoing talks with the new emerging leaders of Libya and Tunisia concerning Petroleum and Petroleum Education Programs through WOGI. Mr. Hall also served as an international body guard to a member(s) of the Royal Family of Jordan and also spent time working/teaching at the Top Secret Government Communications Facility known as Site “R.” Nathan formally attended University of Maryland “Asian Studies Division”, Old Dominion University “ROTC”, American Military University-Law Program and has graduated Real Estate, Life and Health Insurance Courses, P.E.I. Real Estate School, U.S. Army School of Communication, U.S. Army School of Administration, U.S. Army Quality Assurance Evaluators Course, Novell (LAN/WAN), Satellite Broadcasting Communication Association Direct Broadcast Satellite Installation Courses, JFK Special Warfare Center (Special Forces Operations), and holds 10 Certifications from F.E.M.A./Department of Homeland Security in Emergency Management. In 2001, he was nominated into the 25th Anniversary edition of the National Deans List; and on July 15, 2009 was nominated into the Cambridge’s Who’s Who Registry of Executives Nathan is also a USA Boxing Coach and is a 2X Time Gold Medal Winner and Co-Captain of the 1992-1993 US Army/Korean Tang Soo Do/Tae Kwon Do Team. Nathan is an active member of the Disabled American Veterans-Life Member & Service Officer, Veterans of Foreign Wars, 82nd Airborne Division Association “Orlando All Airborne,” American Legion and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. He also sits on the board of directors on the Sports for Peace Council-Somalia American Peace Council, Nisei Goju Ryu Youth PAC, and is a Senior Advisor to GWIN-Global Woman’s Initiate Network. Grace has also provided support for several large companies and has served as a Sales/Marketing Trainer and Consultant to executives in the Mid Atlantic, Southeastern and Mid-­‐Western United States. Grace’s extensive experience includes the overseeing of over 10,000 units within 13 community associations, diversified subsidized (Section 236, 42, 8) and privately owned communities that are both individually owned and third party managed. Grace specializes in sales, marketing, advertising, training and consulting throughout the East Coast focusing in on the states of Florida, and Virginia. She is currently a founding board member for Environmental Protection Associates, Inc. and is the current Vice President of Marketing with a focus on environmentally safe hydrocarbon solutions worldwide. Grace is versed in international business/consulting and as Vice President of Marketing for Environmental Protection Associates, Grace has worked in Europe, Africa, and Central/South America promoting green solutions. Grace integrated humanitarian efforts through the founding of GWIN-­‐ Global Women’s Initiative Network. Grace has trained thousands in sales, marketing and self-motivation in a host of industries (real estate, time share, call centers, and independently owned and operated businesses) throughout the East Coast.
