In January 2012, Nathan Hall led the first private sector to private sector business development fact finding trip into Tripoli and Benghazi, Libya - post revolution freeing the people of Muammar Gaddafi’s 42 years of dictatorship. In May 2012 Nathan Hall led a second successful month long business development trip into Benghazi, Libya. February 2015, Nathan Hall lead a 2 week business development tour in Cairo, Egypt and Tunis, Tunisia that ended up in opening an office in Nasser City, Egypt and ongoing talks with the new emerging leaders of Libya and Tunisia concerning Petroleum and Petroleum Education Programs through WOGI.
